RIGI Customer Card

With every purchase* as a logged-in customer, a 5% bonus is awarded. This is automatically calculated and added to your shopping cart.

  • The bonus credited to your customer card is activated upon purchase of the 6th item and represents a 5% discount on the total amount of the last 5 items purchased online and/or in-store.
  • You can always check your current bonus via My Account - Customer Card at www.rigi.be.
    There is no time limit; your customer card remains active as long as your account remains active.
  • In the event of a return, the amount is automatically refunded from your customer card; there are no cash refunds or vouchers.
    A full customer card cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Note: We link your online and offline accounts based on your email address.

Are you a customer online and in our stores?

Please always use the same email address so the system always links the customer card to the correct email address.
If you don't know which email address you use in our stores, please contact us at webshop@rigi.be so we can link it to the same email address.
