Is your purchase not to your liking or not suitable?
Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase with the necessary documents.
'The costs for returning by post are entirely the responsibility of the customer'
-Announce your return by email to webshop@rigi.be, stating the reason why the itam is not to your liking:
- Size does not fit
- Color is not as expected
- Does not meet expectations
- Other...
-Repack the package carefully (preferably in extra packaging / box so that the item remains undamaged*) with the enclosed documents.
-You can bring the package to the post office or a postal point for shipping.
Please note: for your own safety, always request a tracking code so that you can track the package.

This is the only correct return address. 'We do not consider shipments sent to other addresses or to nearby collection points as delivered.'
After receipt in good condition*, the amount (excl. shipping costs) will be refunded to the account number used for the online purchase.
Returns in store:
Come to our store within 14 days of purchase with your item in good condition*.
This with the original packaging and papers.
-If you want to purchase something else, we will exchange the item with what you purchased in the store, you will receive the residual value with a voucher up to the amount paid.
-If you simply return the package in good condition*, the amount will be refunded to the account number used for the online purchase (excluding shipping costs).
To receive your return in good condition:
Item returned within 14days of purchase. If returned later, the purchase will not be accepted.
- Original, undamaged packaging.
- Shoe boxes are not shipping boxes: no tape, no stickers and no writing.
- The item may of course be tried indoors, but not worn.
- Items with missing accessories such as: soles, laces, ... will not be refunded.
- Shoes in perfect condition: (no damaged soles or worn shoes)
- Handbags & accessories will not be returned or exchanged.
Shoes RIGI is not liable for damage, theft or loss when returning the item!
Exchanges
- You can exchange an item free of charge at one of our stores.
Return your item in good condition* to our store with your order confirmation within 14 days of purchase.
- Exchanging an item online:
You can exchange an item by returning it within 14 days of delivery and placing a new order.
Your previous order will then be refunded.
