How does a reservation work?
To make a reservation, simply click 'Prefer to reserve' next to the item.
After receiving a confirmation email, your item will be available for 4 business days.
Please note that this means the item is reserved for you and cannot be ordered online.
I'd like my order as a gift?
We're happy to do so! Because giving a beautifully wrapped gift is so much more fun!
Just add this to the 'comments' section of your purchase.
We'll then beautifully package your product in an extra box to protect the gift.
I'd like more information about a handbag?
That's no problem: send us your question about the handbag you saw to webshop@rigi.be.
We'll be happy to send you the correct dimensions, details, color information, etc.
I no longer see the item available or my size is no longer listed. Is it still available in the store?
We work with a single inventory, so items may be sold out in both the store and online.
You can always contact us for more information; some products are temporarily out of stock or can be reordered.
What's the difference between your two physical stores, Rigi & Rigi One?
Our stores are 2 houses from eachother, allowing us to be fast and flexible.
The difference is:
RIGI one: Here you'll find our complete men's collection. For women and young people, you'll find sportier styles like moccasins (with a slightly thicker sole), sneakers, and runners. In winter, we also make room for slippers, flip-flops, all UGG brands, and accessories.
RIGI: Here you'll find exclusively our women's collection, where comfort and elegance are key. You'll also find our extensive collection of dress pumps and party shoes here. We also have elegant sandals, moccasins, flip-flops, and beautiful ankle boots.
In short, feel free to visit both stores; you're sure to find something to suit you!
Can I pay with Roeselare gift cards?
You can certainly use them at our store, either with the exact amount or a top-up: we cannot refund gift cards.
Is there parking in front of the store?
Yes, there are two parking lots in front of our stores where you can park for half an hour for free. This applies to the entire Ooststraat area.
Other nearby parking lots are the Munt, Polenplein, Grote Markt, Station, and Wallenparking.
Do you use a loyalty card?
Yes, we use the same loyalty card online and in our stores.

Can I get a digital invoice from you?
Yes, certainly. We work entirely digitally with e-invoicing.
- For online purchases, you can check "invoice."
- In-store, you can mention this at the checkout, and it will be prepared and shipped for you on-site.
